Educating, informing and empowering leaders to improve the quality of life in Franklin and Williamson County

Founded in 1996 to develop leaders in Franklin and Williamson County, Leadership Franklin endeavors to provide a class of about twenty members with knowledge, network connections, and resources to bring new ideas to the table for Franklin and Williamson County. Each class proceeds through a series of leadership development classes (one class a month for ten months from August through May).

Each class is focused on presenting and analyzing a particularly important segment of the city or county, including area history, government, business, law enforcement, education, quality of life and land resources. Class members are grouped, and each group produces a leadership project for the year that is focused on improving some aspect of the community. Applications are closed for the Class of 2025-2026. Applications for the Class of 2027 will be open in the spring 2026.

Applications are now closed for the 2025 Leadership Franklin Scholarship. We wish all high school seniors and college students from Williamson County the very best!
